why cannt I find BLACK LOTUS ect in DECK BUILDER? (solved)

DOTP2013, rick's [DECK BUILDER 2013] and [Riiaks_DotP_2013_Deck_Builder_v1.4.0.0_x86]
cannt find out BLACK LOTUS and some legendary land, as TOLARIAN ACADEMY
I had not play DOTP for a long time, yet donnt know whether they are not allowed in DOTP2013.
Is there someone could give an answer?

Deckbuilder is just a tool, if you want a card, you need unpack someone's mod to find, if you can't find, you can also request it in this post

I'd download 100 more wad, the deck builder still has no BLACK LOTUS, I think I have to find them out myself

The Deck Builder just shows the cards in the WADs that you have installed, if you don't have a WAD that contains those cards then they won't be available in the Deck Builder.
