Can .profile files be distributed among players?

Just a question before I actually start so. I have made a profile where the last sealed slot has all the cards necessary to build the AI Sealed decks, which some people might be interested in (after all, DotP is a game where you use the same decks as the AI).
Of course, I know hash.file is required as well.

And what things should I think about to inform people of? Like: I know where SKIDROW holds the .profile by default, but what about the Steam version? Does it even work with the Steam version? And anything else I should think of (profile number, does the hash file still work after a rename, etc etc)?

Steam saves are stored under '\Steam\userdata\'.

I've been successful when renaming the SKIDROW save under my own steam numerical ID (and overwriting my .hash with that of SKIDROW's); all progress is intact. The seed value for sealed play also carries over (which I gather is generated and saved in .profile), and I draw from SKIDROW's predetermined card pool instead of my own.
