Excuse me, it could be possible to make modder's decks with xbox360 version of Dotp? (Expecially 2014 but also others)

I once read that DotP2012 was moddable in all platforms except for PlayStation (which would include Xbox), but I have never had any clue about how to do that, and I still have no clue for the following versions. I guess that once the game is installed to HDD it may be possible to do something, but which tools are needed is out of my knowledge (and out of my interest, since the only gaming device that I own is a PC).
