Mind seize hidden deck on magic online

Does anybody know how to unlock mind seize on mtg 2013 online for iTunes app version? I've seen it played before and I have screenshots of it but I've been searching all over how to get it. =P~

First things first: are we talking about "Duels of the Planeswalkers 2013"? The fact that you add "online" makes me think about "Magic Online" which is another game (the one where you buy cards just like paper Magic).

As far as I know, in the Duels of the Planeswalkers series, all platforms get the same pool of decks, so even if I have never played the iPad version, I'm quite sure it can't have additional decks. The only way to add more decks to the game is to mod it, but then in order to play with other people online, all players need to have the exact same mods installed.
