DotP 2015 unlocking / foiling all cards on Steam?

Has anyone figured out how to unlock / foil all cards in the game, like it was possible in the previous versions?
I did experiment a bit myself, based on this: viewtopic.php?f=62&t=9169
But, to no avail.
