Collectible Card Game Headquarters

UPDATE
I was finally able to figure this out. Turns out that SmartSteamEmu broadcasts the games it is hosting at IP 255.255.255.255 and this was being blocked by Comodo Firewall. Once I created an additional rule for this, I was able to connect without any issues. I have updated the rules below to reflect the final settings which are working for me. Note that these work for all the DOTP games and SmartSteamEmu.

I've been trying to add profiles for all of the games I play. Now Magic DOTP 2010, 2012 - 2014 all work with the same Firewall settings. But DOTP 2015 does not. I've been messing around with it and I just cannot get it to work. I was curious if anybody else encountered this problem. I'm using SmartSteamEmu if it matters. If I disable the Firewall or these application specific rules, my local PC's can play together with no problems.
