Ok i already got problem with 4.0.0.1 .. as you said the collection will missing lot of cards. i try to re create collection by using v3 to work with new data file but it's not working. Set loading and index load like forever ( i tried to delete subdirectories then even copy subdirectories from v3 version to get the app load them again but nothing change ).

Try re-download and re-install 4.0.0.1, because I published it twice. The first time was a couple of days ago, the second one was around 2019-01-08 22:00 Moscow Time. The new one is fixed so after installing and running it I expect that your collection shuould become ok again.

Hi, i'm trying to use v3 to update to 4.0.0.1 to get the collection but maybe the checksum from filelist.txt is wrong ( old 4.0.0.1 ) so i can't update to 4.0.0.1 and get crash when hit upgrade button. Maybe just make the right checksum of 4.0.0.1 make the update work ? I make a fresh install of 4.0.0.1 and it look like loading index quite impossible and i may have to manual convert collection again after index load ( still 0 in collection )

Download https://drive.google.com/open?id=1cvGYV ... YXUvydTB-H
extract it into your current Mtgdb.Gui directory

Your custom config and other data will not be affected.

Hi, I can't import the collection ( it's still count as i have 2146 cards ) but maybe wrong id then app won't show these card for me, even if search by setcode, cards i own don't have numbers in collection. I send you 2 version of collections, collection of v3 still show good and 1 version of collection i converted from v3 when using 4.0.0.0 with your method.

No, it's not the checksum, what you are seeing measn the wrong download url.

I checked Mtgdb.Gui.v4.0.0.2 to make sure the app has the url correct in ect\mtgdb.gui.default.xml

It's ok, see screenshot below

Image

In your case, look at the url in the message
Code: Select all
Download current version signature from https://...
if it's different from the screenshot above, inspect configuration files.

Code: Select all
Etc\Mtgdb.Gui.Default.xml
Etc\Mtgdb.Gui.xml
the section we are looking for is

Code: Select all
<AppSource

So i grabbed this for MTGA and when i tried to import it couldn't find the file it needed, so i made sure that i didn't have my MTGA installed to a separate area and i didn't, so i looked into it and turns out i don't have the file its looking for at all. Any advice for this anyone?

Any help to what i stated in my last post is greatly appreci

I'm not very good at deck building either so i was hoping to use the program to make some decks and maybe learn a bit more so any help at all is greatly appreciated.

You are correct. I checked it myself, the current version of MTGA does not have the file anymore.
I will see if the data was moved to another file, and hopefully re-enable import in the following release.
It's a matter of a couple of days.

Thanks for reporting, Nekolover01.

UPDATE:
The data file was moved by MTGA developers.
edit etc\Mtgdb.Gui.default.xml to set new location like this:
Code: Select all
CardLibraryFile="%ProgramFiles(x86)%\Wizards of the Coast\MTGA\MTGA_Data\Downloads\Data\data_cards_[guid].mtga"

Thank you so much for the help and fix for the program, All i have left is one question to ask cause i couldn't find anything in the help about it, Does this program have something like a blueprint feature? Like it sifts your collection and makes a deck/ gives you a good base to make a deck on?
