What's a reasonable way to organize "Bulk" cards?

Right now I put any "High Value" rare/mythic in a DS Sealed Inner Sleeve and then in a Dex Protection Binder (Basically anything over a few bucks).

Other rares/mythics get put organized by color/alphabetically (for now, I don't have "that" many rares after all) in a penny sleeve and then put in a Single row BCW box). Hopefully this is enough protection.

However my other stuff I am really not sure what to do. I don't play standard and mainly only play EDH....so I have a lot of Misc. stuff. Organizing by set feels weird/wasteful but I am not really sure of the best way that isn't INSANELY time consuming. But I know if I don't start now I never will.

Also do the above methods seem "protective" enough for the bulk rares/pricey rares/mythics?
