Collectible Card Game Headquarters

Hello,

I'm playing Sarkhan the Mad. My deck is the one that wins by making him discard his library. But Sarkhan keeps putting cards back into his library and I don't know why. Is this a bug?

<edit> I just read "His deck has two creatures that cause his entire graveyard to be reshuffled into his library if those creatures wind up in the graveyard."

maybe it's a same idea of deck oath, and i found a artifact can remove 3 from library with 4+2cost in dlc1111
