DOTP Custom DLC on PS3 ??
by petitrudy » 25 Jan 2011, 15:49
Hi all,
The Dark time of PS3 as come....
Last night, i have extract the content of the demo of DOTP from my ps3 and explore it...
it's very similar of file in the pc version, with .WAD file that can be unpacked with Gibbed tools.
I will test to activate the "Secret Bounton" this night... (and if it work, i will post a video of it)
One question for the coders :
I look for the code of the fonction name "IsTrialMode()" that will unlock the full game, any of you have a suggestion ?
PS: Sorry for my bad english...
See you soon

The 1st test is lost..
I have unpacked the DATA_CORE.WAD and modifie the SecretBounton to "1".
But where in repack it and put in my ps3, the game doesn't work.
Any of you have a solution to use the packing fonction ( Gibbed.Duels.Pack.exe ) to have exactely the same size of the original ?
Thx,
PR

Try this program. Make sure you have Java installed.
- WAD PROGRAM.rar
- WAD PACKER - UNPACKER
- (19.58 KiB) Downloaded 404 times

I tried repackaging the folder with WadProgram.jar, but it seems to never stop compressing.petitrudy wrote:The 1st test is lost..

Gibbed.Duels.Pack will pack it, but same error. For some reason, the DATA_CORE.WAD made by Gibbed is a few hundred kbs larger. I have no idea how to bypass that corruption error, but going offline and verifying the game cache in steam does not work.
