Im looking for the command that makes you choose a different controller for player 2 in COOP.
Think it's probably in here...
\Data_Core_unpacked\DATA_CORE\DATA_ALL_PLATFORMS\DATA_REQUIRED\FRONTEND
or the exe

It would be nice to use mouse for both players... will keep looking, any help appreciated.

I like to be able to use the mouse for both players as well, the controller is a bit annoying.

The whole controller setup is as much a travesty as the inability to edit decks. I don't hold out much hope that it can be fixed but you never know.

Have you tried DOTP 2012 yet?
It's got an aweful mouse control system, main screen and deck manager screens are really horrible..
to navigate main you have to kind of hold left mouse and drag till you get the right option then release, then click again.
Scrolling through a deck in the deck manager is pretty much the same then the suddenly change middle mouse button for zoom to using the wheel for zooming cards (but only in the manager is this the case for some unknown reason)... and it's very slow to respond. It was better in the original game. These people must be morons to think this is any kind of improvement..

That's unbelievable... No I haven't purchased it yet. And with that kind of report then even at 10 bucks I'm in no hurry.
There have been lots of cards added recently to the 2010 DOTP, so someone could release a new pack now I think. Maybe Kev will decide to give up on 2012 and do some more things with 2010.

If we can make custom cards for D12, it's the better game.
The engine supports much more features like storm, cascade and even poison counters I think.

I tend to agree, though there are some aspects of 2010 that are superior, (i prefer the main screens, interface, controls, 2012 has extra features that can't be ignored deck editing, and the cascade, flash, shapeshifters etc.
Someone WILL crack the new .wad file signature I'm sure, then it will open up hopefully. If you want cards for 2010, you can extract many of the new ones from 2012 and just use the lua scripts. The format of the files has slighlty changed though each card now contains all the localised description text etc which is way more efficient than having to sift through excel files to change Title, creature type, subtype, cost etc etc...
2012 should be far easier to edit when the wad sig is unlocked.
