Collectible Card Game Headquarters

Hi there! I was just trying to recreate High Tide and noticed that I'm not able to included Islands that let them tap by players whenever he wants, instant they just tap if you cast a spell.

If you don't know what I mean, play with the 'Annoying' (its name) deck from MOD 2 with the latest patch. You'll see what I mean.

How to included them in your Deckbuild?
