Collectible Card Game Headquarters

I've almost got Staggershock coded. It works fine except for the tiny problem of the spell not going on the stack during the rebound. Currently it just hits a target from the exile zone and then lands in the graveyard.

Does anyone know how to put a spell on the stack besides playing it from your hand?

It would be very useful if you copied the code of the rebounded card, which i suppose is a linked card of Staggershock, I have a theory but i don't know if it would work (i'm not very good at this yet )
