Help ! Target all creature without the summon sickness ??

Hi everyone!

First I want to thanks all of you for your great work.

I have a little problem with my last card.

It's the Gemhide Sliver

With this way I can tap a creature with the summoning sickness.
It's pretty cool but it's not the goal.

Anyone have an idea for target a creature without the summoning sickness ?
