DotP Adding mwDecks... is it possible?

I play MTG:DotP through Steam with a friend of mine. I have the Custom MOD DLC #2 installed with all the updates.
Somehow he managed to install .mwDeck files into his Steam version? I looked into this and couldn't figure it out. As far as I could tell all the deck files and cards are in XML format.
How can you port the mwDecks into DotP? Is it possible or did he not tell me everything?
As far as I could tell mwDecks are for another game/modding program.
Any insight would be appreciated. Thanks.
