Deck editor for DotP ('09, NOT 2012)?

As I posted some time ago, I have some weird bug in Free Duel mode that seems to be unsolvable.
So, I want to work around the problem. Hide everyone from Free Duel and re-create those decks myself in a custom wad (and while I'm at it, I can also have all the boss decks show up instead of only one of Sarkhan the Mad's decks).
Easiest to do so would of course be with a deck editor. I know a deck editor exists for 2012, but does it also exist for the older version? And if not, what would be the best way to do what I'm planning on doing?
