If you have storm_api then your version is theta, not skidrow. Download the patch that you can find in the first post of this topic, or Google for the latest one (v1.0dc120919), then install it. You won't need Rick's DLL anymore, you'll just have to include mods in your game directory and play.

my version is Skidrow (well is was said when I downloaded from a torrent site ) but the storm_api came with crack that I had to download separated ´cause it does not came with the game, in fact in the game´s folder has both steam_api and storm_api, but the storm_api isn´t the dll that came when I installed the game, I put the storm_appi later.I will download the pacth you suggest me, I post the results, wish me luck

So that's what happened: you used the theta patch on the skidrow version, the result is that you transformed your skidrow version into theta version. If there aren't any side effects I'm not aware of, you should be able to use theta updates and forget about Rick's DLL.

How do I make a card because in the game doesn´t have card from all edition, so I wanna make some for the game, example : worldgorger dragon. How do I do the frame card, the ilustrations, all the data for the card be recognized by the game?

That's not something that can be explained in a couple of words, and requires a lot of patience and will to learn by gathering information all over the DotP forum section. I can only direct you to some useful topics:

As I always suggest, start from easy cards that you can obtain by copying abilities from other cards. Worldgorger Dragon needs a bit more skill (you have to save the cards you exiled so you can retrieve them later).
