Collectible Card Game Headquarters

Over the next few months we will be releasing 3 Deck Packs for Duels of the Planeswalkers 2013. Each Deck Pack will include 2 additional decks and will cost $2.99 (or 240 MSFT points) to download.


The first Deck Pack will release next week, Wednesday November 7th on Xbox LIVE Arcade, Playstation Network, and Steam. The Deck Pack on iPad will release November 8th. Stay tuned over the next couple of days for a preview of the decklists from one of the Duels community members!

I suggest to everyone: if you have some spare time, instead of checking the 2 lists by yourself, use the videos, just because Wing's comments are always fun. (When I got to the moment when he pronounces "To Arms!" with the exclamation point, I had a good laugh )

Let's hope that they don't just push the 18 limit a bit farther, but they remove it totally.

Is it known if the already-existing files got modified? Asking so I know whether I only need to get the wads or not.

Oh, and Wizards screwed up and accidentally posted the Dimir decklist instead of the Boros and the other decklists for a short time. They quickly fixed it, but the decklist is saved by someone: http://community.wizards.com/go/thread/ ... ly_Spoiled!

Great, thanks for the information. Fortunately that means I don't have to re-apply the changes I made to the existing wads again.

too bad the 2 decks aren't there, they have been deleted in a previous revision.

I don't know if the SVN's owner made some changes to DATA_DLC_0002.WAD, but if it's like the original, there are no traces of APPID_LINKING or similar things. Maybe that means that the executable got big changes about unlocks?

(On a side note, it seems that the guy who owns this SVN is assembling our DLCs, but he credited all the involved modders on the page where I found the link, so fellow modders, don't feel abused. )

First news you can see from Protean Hulk:
FILTER_EXTRA_EXCLUDE_MARKED_OBJECTS
which inverts the effect of SetMarkedObjectsOnly.
Nice to see that they needed a new "tool" for Protean Hulk while I coded it even without that...

EDIT 2: The idea behind Firemane Angel is simple... they didn't use auto_skip on the gaining life trigger, so it is responsible for letting you have the time to activate the resurrection ability. Why didn't I think about that?

I realised that it wasn't as easy as I thought after I wrote my post... I don't know why, but somehow I don't get the right files if I don't address them one by one from the list in http://code.google.com/p/dotp13-zerlu/s ... etail?r=26 and the files whose names contain spaces (the card previews and 2 files in SPECIALFX/EMITTERS which maybe aren't needed) give a 404 error. I'm batch-downloading as much as I can with a download manager through the list of links, but I'm afraid we can't get the decks 100% complete from there. Oh well, I tried.

That's why.

With SVN you could download an older Revision. That should not be the problem. I will test it, response soon.

Downloaded the r26. But the deck_0081_st and the deck_0085_st don't look like the ones i loaded with steam.

Sorry for no uploading this copyright protected wads from my installation.

They're indeed different.

Judging from the rest in the link, it seems the number is just a coincidence: seems he made custom WADs after 79 (where before the deck pack, the official numbers stopped) and continued the numbering from there. It seems he did add the new decks to some of his WADs, but it are not the official ones.

where can I find the Deck pack WAD with the boros and simic cards?

Just wondering, can you download from that svn depository still? And if you can, is there a way to do it in bulk? It seems I can browse and download single .tdx and look at codes but that seems really time consuming.

I'm not really familiar with downloading with svn.

edit: finally figured it out, i'm really terrible at googling.

Are cards made in 2012 and older useable in 2013? Or is the formatting and mechanics coded differently now?
