Collectible Card Game Headquarters

These are some bugs in card's seen I have, someone could tell me how to solve?

It's the first time I see something like that. I have no clue.

it probably has nothing to do with it, but did you try to reproduce them with the game in english?

I didn't tried to see if the english cards have the same bug
But there could be something to do if in english they are ok, or it is like "if they are ok keep the english language"?
Because I prefer some cards have this bug that play all the game with ok images but in a language I don't speak a lot
