Leonin Shikari - There is a way to implement this card?

While Leonin Shikari is in play, you may play equip abilities at any time you can cast a instant. I can't find a way to do this.

I do not think that it is possible without changing the code of the equipment cards.

For example, the equipement check if leonin shikari is on the battlefield. And you will be obliged to code 2 equip abilities.

Yes, but it will display two equip abilities on the equipment card, no? One will be avaiable when Leonin Shikari is not in play, and another when Leonin Shikari is in Play. There is a way to hide one equip ability when it's not avaiable?
I want this card because i'm making a deck based on cats and equipments, and Leonin Shikari is the only card i need to complete.

i have idea, u need function allowed force equip card, the problem how to learn ability mana-cost
