Collectible Card Game Headquarters

I am an utter and total noob but I love this game. That said I would like to make my own decks, I already use a bunch of great mods.
It may also be worth wile to say that I know my way around 2D art if that is of any use for me here.

So please if anyone would be so kind as to tell me how can I make my own cards and decks step by step and please keep in mind I am an idiot so be very detailed.

As an advice, start with your own deck with existing cards. Then, for you first cards, identify cards that do quite the same thing, in order to copy and paste relevant parts of the code, but all of this is explained very well in the links above.
