I dropped all the cards' XML files onto Firefox and found that Thrashing Mossdog has a </STATIC_ABILITY> after the toughness block, before actually opening its first static ability.

Just out of curiosity, why are you calling GolgAri as GolgOri in many places inside the deck (and in this topic)?

While it was an error on the dog I still get a freeze when I try to enter the deck.

There's also uid="17" on the LAND_POOL XML which should be changed to a unique ID, but this shouldn't give this kind of problem. I can't see anything else that could be wrong, so I don't know...

EDIT: Nevermind, sumomole probably got that. :D

Because you use the multi-colored card, but you only stay one basic land position, AI doesn't know how to allocate land card, you can added the one Island to the list of deck. <CARD name="ISLAND_277786" deckOrderId="59" />

And there is a mistake OVERGROWN_TOMB_6241281
