Hey everyone, I try my best to do cards without flooding the forum with help topics, but I took a crack at this card and it doesn't even show up in Riiak's deck editor program, so I'm at a loss. Any guidance you have for me would help a lot. Here's the code I have for the card thus far:

When you have trouble with a card, try checking the basics. You can check the XML structure by dropping it into your browser (Chrome and I believe Firefox at least will parse it and tell you if it finds any XML errors and where). In this case, there's a tag mismatch. The second ability (the triggered ability) has a <FILTER> tag, but the closing tag used is </FILTER_CONDITION>. Should be </FILTER>. The same issue appears in the third ability.

Also, the activated ability adds "fuse" counters, but you registered and otherwise used "Fuse" counters. Lua and XML (well, at least Lua, I don't know about XML with certainty) are case sensitive.

Next, the ability that destroys creatures with four or more counters shouldn't really be granted. Instead, it should be a either a static ability that constantly checks for a filter that looks for creatures with 4 or more Fuse counters, or a triggered ability that triggers on STATE_BASED_EFFECTS. The STATE_BASED_EFFECTS is probably the most rule-compliant.

The final ability uses SecondaryObject(), but that is a function used to get the secondary object involved in a trigger, but the ability isn't triggered, so that will always be either nil or will give unexpected results. It should just check for the object to be nil, and if it's not, then it deals damage to object_variable:GetController().

Lastly, you once use MTG():GetCountersType("Fuse"), but other times you just use MTG():("Fuse"). The first will work, the second will not. All instances should be replaced.

This is completely untested, but it should at least show in the deck builder and shouldn't be too far from working. If it has problems, you can always try putting your code back in, but don't forget those changes.

Thank you, Xander. Looks like I made some rookie mistakes, thanks for clearing them up for me. I'll update this reply after I test the card. Thanks again.

No dice. I'll keep working on it though in my spare time, might get it up and running some day. Wish me luck. Thanks for pointing me in the right direction here though.
