Collectible Card Game Headquarters

Hi,

Did someone managed to find where is defined the foil shader? I'd like to add a similar effect to a project of mine, and theirs is graphically very appealing. I've made my homework, but I've only been able to find the two following images (in DotP 2012), not the shader itself:

All of the shaders appear to be in DATA_CORE\DATA_PC\PIXELSHADERS\PC\PS_3_0 and DATA_CORE\DATA_PC\VERTEXSHADERS\PC\PS_3_0 though I can't tell you which is used for the foil effect.
