Collectible Card Game Headquarters

Greetings,

has anybody written an API for other programs that can read the .pic files, the deck files and maybe more even?

Anybody wanting to write a game using the assets would require an installed version, possibly keeping sleeping lawyers asleep

For me, ideally this API would be written in C or in JavaScript.

It seems you are talking about Microprose's Shandalar. If so you better post at Shandalar's (adventure part)forum or even at Manalink's forums (duel, gauntlet, e.t.c.) of the same game.
