Captive Audience

Captive Audience is working well for the opponent's first three choices but it doesn't choose a third option. I can't find what is wrong.

After the second choice, it begins granting abilities 4, 5, and 6. Only, those abilities don't exist. (Well, 4 exists, but it's essentially empty.) You need to code up 4, 5, and 6 with each containing the only remaining option.
