Well, not for Tempest but for my soldiers deck I've been trying to do:

None of which I've managed!

cant be a triggered in step cuz creaturez have flash, make activable for any player seems easy

I think I had a static effect that influences zone hand and gave flash to all creatures with casting cost of 3 or less.Uresti wrote:cant be a triggered in step cuz creaturez have flash, make activable for any player seems easy

that is the solution cause i could do AI uses aluren ability decreasing cost "in hand" works ok besides cost is just in hand so doesnt affect anything in play
