Does we need to put a rule text for each rule or only one is ok?

ex: Devastating Summons have this :


Card Text:
As an additional cost to cast Devastating Summons, sacrifice X lands.

Put two X/X red Elemental creature tokens onto the battlefield.

If I put only one rule text with all the text is it ok?

I want to ask a friend if he can make me a software for read the gatherer and produce in the correct format a xml file with NAME, CARD_TYPE, RULE and FLAVOUR.

With a batchfile to create the correct img format it will be a perfect world

its ok if you use a single line for the TEXT but maybe you can have cosmetic issues on the card texr

what would be better is a software which can produce card code too just reading the gatherer lol
