Can't play with downloaded cards

I've downloaded new decks, it perfectly works when you are playing with AI, but I can't play it, because it's locked even if I try to ulock it by button "Unlock deck". In "DATA_ALL_PLATFORMS\DATA_REQUIRED\DECKS" I open any of new decks and see this string "<DECK always_available="true">". Help please.

Delete your savegame and start fresh.
Then you should be able to use them...
