I have no idea about how this .bat file should work, because I don't have an iPad and I'm not familiar at all with the editing you need to do, but here's my 2 cents: if the .bat calls 2 programs, one that makes a .bmp and one that makes a .tdx out of the .bmp, and you get only the .bmp, it means that the 2nd program failed to run for some reason. If you want to investigate more, try to do this: open the .bat file with Notepad, add a line at the end that just says
Code: Select all
pause
then save the .bat and try to drag and drop again. This time the .bat will stop at the end, asking you to press a key to continue, and you'll be able to see if some specific error is reported.

those 2 exe's are in the folder with make.bat and makeall.bat right? the txd.bak is from saving the edited tdx, disregard and delete the .bak, your saved tdx is what you need. I also make sure the .tdx is in all capitals, .TDX not sure if it matters here but I do it regardless.

Can anyone tell me how to do the inverse process (converting iPad TDX in PC's ones)?
