6 Copies in Deck?

Not sure if anyone has encountered this before, but here goes:
I grabbed pcastellazzi's Blood Crypt code and butchered it a little to turn it into Breeding Pool. But when I threw four Breeding Pools into a deck to see if everything worked with the mana abilities and the access via fetchlands, I discovered that while the deck manager insisted that I had only 4 Breeding Pools in the deck, when I played a Verdant Catacombs or Primeval Titan the search dialogue displayed 6 Breeding Pools.
