Alternative Sealed Campaigns for DotP 2014

User-made mods in DLC (Downloadable Content) form.

Alternative Sealed Campaigns for DotP 2014

For people who wants to play a different sealed campaign, i leave here some of them.

Instructions

1) Do a backup of your DATA_DECKS_D14.wad (saving it in another folder, don't keep the orignal file in the main folder with another name)
2) Copy the DATA_DECKS_D14.wad from the Campaing you want in your main folder game.
3) Start a sealed game and Enjoy!

If you want return to your normal campaign, only recover your original DATA_DECKS_D14.wad.

They're crashing the game for me, unfortunately. Are you sure they work?

Im fixing, is cause THS and BNG DLC was updated so i have to do some changes.

I found the issue, seems only happens in BNG Campaign, now should be fixed.

hi braquio.
I did everything you described in these post.
But, for some reason, when I start a new sealed game, I have always the same m14 cards.
To better understand, I renamed both original and modded DATA_DECK_D14 files, but game still works with no problem :\
How is this possible?

You only need rename or copy to other folder(better this option) your original DATA_DECKS_D14.wad(only to could recover later), and then copy the DATA_DECKS_D14.wad from the campaign you want in your main folder (in the same folder where the original file was) to force the engine to use this file instead the original.

Well another thing, is that may be you need an empty slot to play with new cards, im not sure about this, cause for any reason i cant save any sealed game and my slots are always free when i launch the game (this happens to me before start modding sealed campaigns and i supose is cause i have a cracked version of the game), but theorically should work even if you have an original game (and as i said in this case may be u need a free slot).
If you dont have any free slot im sure it's possible to reset your slots but im dont know how exactly do it.
If i remember i read something about this, deleting your saved files or something like this.
Please tell me if you finally get to make it work

Yes, I understand the instruction about renaming/move the original DATA_DECKS_D14.wad; but it doesn't work in any case, also if there are NO DATA_DECKS_D14.wad (or renamed file....it's the same) in the main folder :\. That's strange.....how can engine work without this file? Later I will take a screenshot of my directory to show you.

About empty slot: in fact, when I start a new sealed campaign, I see all the slots empty. Or, better, I see them empty every time I modified something on DATA_DECKS_D14.wad (changing campaign, restoring original file....). I never tried honestly to begin a campaign, save, exit, enter and see what happens.

Is it possible that you unpacked DATA_DECKS_D14.WAD in the game folder and now the game is using the unpacked version?

O_o today it doesn't work. Crash and dump file.
But it's ok, with files renamed it cannot work.

If you dont have any file with exactly name "DATA_DECKS_D14.WAD" in your main folder is normal that game crash.
But im not sure why dont works for you modded files.
Try with only the modded file with the exactly name "DATA_DECKS_D14.WAD" and with the original saved in other folder, dont keep it in main folder with name changed.

Another thing with only the modded file on folder open Deck Builder to see if there is any error message.
(You need last version of Editor v1.4.0.0)
