I just realized that the theme of my deck is "Cards that the AI sucks at".
Edit: Just noticed that Trinket Mage isn't coded. What a blow! Am I allowed to pick it if I code it first?
Edit 2: I showed the draft thus far to a talented friend, and he thinks that at present, aww is "winning".

I'd allow it but only if you code one card for everyone else

Jatill, I think you have a potentially strong deck archetype you could build and *still* did not take key cards for that deck this round. For your sake I hope the key cards wheel to you. I'm not saying what they are though
My vote for construction of decks would be 60 cards, no sideboarding between matches, and you can add as many basic lands as you want.

That would be very funny, because I've never drafted before and have no idea what I'm doing :pjatill wrote: I showed the draft thus far to a talented friend, and he thinks that at present, aww is "winning".

For my picks I take:
Sword of Fire and Ice
Serendib Efreet
Timetwister <- didn't really want it, but too good to pass up this late
NicDanger is up.

To clear up some questions:
1. 60 card decks, adding as many basic lands as you want. No sideboards.
2. Only cards available in Manalink at the time we started the draft are eligible (sorry Jatill), with exceptions noted (see first post).
My picks:
Maze of Ith
Baneslayer Angel
Viridian Shaman
Monopoman is up!

I hope I don't come across as an asshole, but I made a list of potential picks, and I grabbed the three I considered were most likely to be taken by someone else :p I wasn't going to take deed or putrefy this early, but when I saw you take Maelstrom Pulse I realized you were looking for black as well, and thought I'd better get them while I could. I also thought you or grinnin might want Chainer's Edict, and I thought about Diabolic Edict instead of Putrefy, but I figured putrefy is better. I took chainer's over diabolic because I figured flashback trumps instant when oath might put it in the graveyard for me. (and even with one Oath I have 3 tutors so far for it)

I didn't want to take Maelstorm Pulse so early but when I saw people who took black take green picks as well I decided to take it early so not to lose it. It was a tough call between pulse and deed but I went with pulse so not to lose is. I didn't even consider chainer but Grinnin would've taken in the next 6 picks so you're no more of an asshole than me

I'll be away until Monday, but I posted a list of my possible choices in order of preference to jatill who can do my drafting for me this round if I'm not back when it's my turn.

Argh, two of my three picks are gone? Let me see...
Quick question: we can only pick from constructed right, not custom? just wanting to make sure.

Yes, we would use custom for all the tournaments but there are too many problems with getting custom version to work.
