Tournament Report Templates (8 players, 3 rounds, best of 3)

I´ve created Tournament report templates for our usual 8 people tournaments. The result can be seen at the posts below.
This is just a suggestion to keep the topics tidy and very easy to keep the overview.Feel free to adjust the templates to your needs.

I have tried to keep it easy to understand and easy to browse (a lot of space between the matches to keep the overview).
The forum itself will re-format it correctly after you post this so i highly suggest to save your progress at the .txt files and just overwrite your original post when you edit your forum post.
It will be a lot easier to keep the overview in that .txt file than at that small forum editor.

All you have to do is "replace" the player names and just play the games one by one.
After you´ve played a match remove the "not" after the match (see step 7 below) and edit the parts marked with #.The template already covers the pairings so you just have to follow (play) the matches mentioned at the line "Match".

Search "Match8" (or scroll down) and you should end at this line:

This is Match8 , Player3(your deck) vs Player2(ai deck). The player names should have been replaced before. (step 3)

Might look a bit confusing first but it should be very obvious what is where after previewing it at the forum.I tried to keep it easy to understand and used a lot of spacing in the file.
Just in case you need some help with this here is a detailed guide.Post your questions if there are any.

How to use this:

1.
unrar the file
2.
Open the .txt file for round1 (Tournament Round 1 Template.txt)
3.
Use "replace all" for the different names.
The players of Group A should be Player1 to Player4.
The players of Group B should be Player5 to Player8.

example:
replace Player1 with Jatill
replace Player2 with juzamjedi
etc.
4.
scroll down to Match1 or "search" for "Match1"
5.
start magic and play a best of 3 with the decks mentioned (should be Player1 vs Player2).
6.
after the game is over edit the fields marked with "#####" and the score. Should be obvious.
7.
delete the "not" at the top line

The forum will automatically remove the unused color tags when you post this.
This way the game is going to be marked as "finished" instead of "not finished".The line should then look like this:

save the file and press CTRL + A (to mark everything), then CTRL + C (to copy the marked text)
9.
browse to the forumtopic of the tournament.
10.
press "Reply" at the topic. Then press CTRL + V on your keyboard to paste the text.Then post and your done.
11.
the forum will automaticly re-format the text and when everything is right it should look like the posts below.
12.
Open the .txt file again and this time scroll down or "jump to" Match2 and repeat step 4-9
13.
press "edit" at the forum to edit your post.
14.
go to the textbox and press CTRL + A on your keyboard to mark all text inside. Then hit "Delete" on your keyboard.Box should be clear now.Paste the text from your document and post.
15.
repeat step 12-14 till there are no games left to play
16.
calculate the points and adjust the "score" at the very bottom of the .txt file and edit your post for the last time.
