No, but it depends on how often you have started the download in the past.
Delete the log.
Start the download again.
Open the log and post the error messages (or at least a relevant part of them) written in the log.
Possible reasons for your problem:
1) Some zip files are corrupt. Then the download can't add the images to those files. You have to delete them manually before the download.
2) You system can't connect to the website the image is downloaded from.
