Can't download Xmage?

Hey, whenever I try to download XMage then open it, it just brings me to a blank internet explorer page. Anyone else had this problem? how to fix?

I am having the same problem. it does not download to an executable jar file, however, if you download the windows anniversary update, it will work, but that update completely screws up my computer, so that could be your solution if the update won;t mess your computer up. But idk how to get it to work on the regular non-updated version of Windows 10
