infinite loop help?

you know in real life you can just say infinite mana/draw to the last card or whatever

I getting a rumor xmage finally did this or am i wrong.

if its true how do i do this kind of thing? and not trigger the draw thing.

It's not available now. There's something sort of similar, details will be given once review and changes are done on the code for it:
