Bug Report 1.4.26V5 - Mistbind Clique

Opponent's upkeep, activated Mutavault. Cast Mistbind Clique targeting Mutavault. Mistbind is resolved and Mutavault is exiled.
For whatever reason, it failed to tap down all of my opponent's mana. It didn't prompt me to sacrifice the Clique, so it clearly recognizes Mutavault as a faerie target...
