Plans for Oathbreaker variant?

I'm really interested in the Oathbreaker variant as described here https://weirdcards.org/oathbreaker.

Are there any plans to implement it in xMage?
I don't know how difficult that would be, or if there are more people interested in it, but I would really appreciate it!
