Some of the cards in the Commander 2015 Edition seem to be mixed up:
- Rogue's Passage is displayed as Reliquary Tower
- Scoured Barrens is displayed as Rogue's Passage
- Secluded Steppe is displayed as Scoured Barrens

Victory's Herald (at least the Mirrodin Besieged Version of it, but maybe both) does not have Flying as stated on the card, but merely gains it when attacking due to its triggered ability.

Kabira Evangel protection changes when there are multiple triggers. For example, if 2 triggers were on the stack and Protection from Black was chosen for the first trigger, then all allies under that player's control would have Protection from Black. But when the second trigger resolves and Protection from Green is chosen - all allies no longer have Protection from Black but instead have "Protection from Green Protection from Green."

Oath of Lieges in a four player commander game allows the person controlling the oath to decide whether or not each players gets to put a basic land onto the battlefield. The card is supposed to allow the person whose upkeep it is to decide whether or not to put a land onto the battlefield. Please fix this.

Worst Fears has the same problem as Mindslaver does - you can look at the other player's hand during their turn, but you can't actually control any of their actions.
Edit: Just noticed that the Mindslaver Problem hasn't been resolved yet, modified my post accordingly. Sorry!

Hedonist's Trove seemingly allows the opponent to play spells exiled with it, as well.

Isochron Scepter doesn't give you the chance to choose an instant to exile after you click yes from the ability.
LevelX: I can't reproduce that problem. Isochron Scepter works as expected. Your instant spell had a cost of 2 or less?

Lignify shouldn't make the creature it enchants a (whatever it is)treefolk as it makes the creature just a treefolk
i.e. a Sliver Hivelord enchanted by lignify should be just a treefolk and not a sliver treefolk

The new land from OGW Ally Encampment is miscoded (it'll do), when attempting to activate the 3rd ability, it is asking you to sacrifice an Ally instead of the land itself as the cost to activate.

Voice of Resurgence creates it's token under owner's control upon death even when it is controlled by an opponent when it dies. Happened with Treachery.

Essence of the Wild does not seem to correctly apply its copy effect to your creatures. Upon entering the battlefield the other creatures had a small symbol at the top right of their card to view the original card - however, both 'sides' showed only the same, original card. Power/Toughness and other abilities were also still those of the original cards.
Note: This was observed in a deck controlled by the computer when testing other decks.

Lymph Sliver's ability seems to affect all creatures and players instead of just slivers.

I think there's a problem with Mutavault:
I damaged my opponent with Mutavault, which is supposed to become a creature with all creature types. Afterwards I tried to play Morsel Theft for its Prowl cost, since I had dealt combat damage to a player with a Rogue, but it wasn't possible to pay the Prowl cost. It works normally with damage from other Rogue creatures, so I think the problem is that Mutavault isn't being recognized as a Rogue.

Also, for some reason Stinkdrinker Bandit's ability is triggering whenever the opponent's creatures attack its controller.
