I posted this on the github but you guys shadowbanned my issue (#6924) about the Choking Tethers cycle trigger not being able to target an Emrakul, the Aeons Torn.

To verify:

cycle Choking Tethers while opponent has Emrakul, the Aeons Torn in play.

cycle ability goes on stack first, then trigger from cycling ability asks for targets.

You can't choose emrakul, even tho emrakul only has protection from colored spells.

This is trigger, not a spell it should be able to be tapped.

I had: Skirk Prospector, Goblin Warchieft and all lands tapped.
In this scenario un can't cast, for exemple, another Goblin Warchief because you can't put it on the stack and THEN pay the cost.
On xmage u need to sac'em all first but like this u lose the Warchief's discount.

mystic forge doesn't work with morph creatures, also, if there are many ability in the stack that were countered by kadena silencer morph ability, it cause an error
