This is related to the cpu issues caused by Chromatic <whatever> mentioned previously. For the most part those have all been fixed, but still on rare occasions when I am running through my Eggs combo and having multiple of those artifacts enter and leave the battlefield the client will lock in the exact same fashion, my clock will continue to run, but my 'ok' button for accepting the trigger vanishes and my turn doesn't progress.
Unfortunately I haven't been able to reliably reproduce the issue with a specific combination of cards, so I was hoping to dig into some of the logging or something to see if I could localize it before I reported it as a bug.
I can provide the decklist I'm using for testing by someone else if need be, and I'm happy to provide any system logs that might help isolate it or do any additional testing for it.

To provide a decklist would be good. Also a screen shot of the battlefield as the bug occures. The important thing is, what mana sources (probably with a mana cost) are already on the battlefield. Then if an addional land comes onto the battlefield, a cost can be paid and the loop condition is fulfilled.

I posted this last week and I can confirm it is still not working as intended
Searing Blood is not awarding 5 life with Soulfire Grand Master, it is instead only awarding the 2 initial burn damage. The card does say "Searing Blood deals 3 damage to that creature's controller"

My opponent targeted his 3/3 Beast with Garruk, Apex Predator's ability. I cast Valorous Stance on the Beast. The Beast survived, but my opponent didn't get any life.

Neither Engineered Explosives nor Chalice of the Void seem to be working for me.
The explosives did not receive any charge counters, and then when I sacrificed it, it did not make me pay mana (should have cost 2 to sacrifice), and did nothing.
The chalice asked me what I wanted the value of {xx} to be (an odd question), and I chose 4 to have two charge counters on it. It seemed to think I wanted it to be zero, and then declared it as such, and countered my poor Slaughter Pact.
In addition, when I tap Mox Opal for mana, it only shows the choice box for about a half second.
EDIT: after reading above, I think the Mox Opal bug is related to using Linux. Will try later today.

Frontier Siege I believe has a little mistake. The "Dragon" ability is a "may" ability and thus should be optional. Instead I am forced to kill my creatures against an opponents single big creature. Thanks for everything!

Playing on public server vs. human opponent. Opponent plays Brain Maggot and takes Goblin Rabblemaster. During his next end phase I used Jeskai Charm to put the Brain Maggot back on top of his deck. The Goblin Rabblemaster it exiled stayed in exile and did not return to my hand.

When I manifest a creature which is also a morph, the morph token image is displayed instead of the manifest token image. This provides the opponent with information he should not have.

Threads of Disloyalty enchanting Strangleroot Geist: after geist died it returns to the bf under opponent's control. Maybe a problem related to every creature with persist and undying?

Return to the Ranks cannot be countered if mana produced by Cavern of Souls was used to pay X. Can be bug also for all other spells with X in their cost, not sure.

Jeskai Student blocked a creature enchanted with Cloudform
Edit: probably an issue with Cloudform since someone had a similar issue with Lightform

Penumbra Wurm was killed, and it only put a 3/3 Wurm token into play instead of a 6/6.

After one casts and chooses their opponent with Ghastly Conscription (FRF Mythic) it gives the manifest tokens to their opponent when they should come under control of the caster of the spell.

I'm playing Tasigur, the Golden Fang commander deck and I can only add black mana with command tower, but i should be able to add G/B/U
Also Tasigur's extra mana when played from command zone should be able to be paid with delve, and it doesn't.
