Bug Reports 1.1.0 dev 20130901

If you have encountered any problems while using MAGE 1.1.0 dev 20130901, you can post them here.
Please mention who you were playing against: Human or the AI type.
Please describe how you got to that point. A screenshot of the battlefield at the moment something went wrong will be useful too. Otherwise, naming the cards that interacted will suffice.
If you get an error log please add that too.

BUGS REPRODUCED BUT NOT FIXED YET
* Enlarge - Does not force the defender to block with one creature (but you can do it manually - so play fair).
* Hinterland Scourge - Forces all opponent creatures to block instead of at least only one.
BUGS FIXED IN THE NEXT VERSION
* Fixed a bug that players that left a match before the match was started were not removed correctly from the match.
* Detain effect - Fixed the bug that detain effect ended a turn earlier as intended.
* Aegis Angel - Fixed handling of given Idestructible ability.
* Bant Sureblade - Fixed getting his boost now correctly also from controlled non creature multicolored permanents.
* Broodwarden - Fixed that Eldrazi Spawn creatures got +1/+1 instead of correctly +2/+1.
* Deity of Scars - Fixed that the enters the battlefield effect is now a replacement effect instead of a triggered effect.
* Esper Stormblade - Fixed getting his boost now correctly also from controlled non creature multicolored permanents.
* Feudkiller's Verdict - Fixed wrong name of created token.
* Finest Hour - Fixed handling of attacks alone triggered ability.
* Jund Hackblade - Fixed getting his boost now correctly also from controlled non creature multicolored permanents.
* Maelstrom Nexus - Fixed bug that for cascade effect of Maelstrom Nexus always the casting cost of Maelstrom Nexus itself were used to compare if cascade applies instead of the casting cost of the spell that triggered the effect.
* Master Thief - Fixed control effect duration.
* Mayael's Aria - Fixed that all creatures instead of correctly controlled creatures were taken into account and boosted.
* Mold Adder - Fixed a bug that Mold Adder did not get the +1/+1 counter from it's ability.
* Mutavault - Fixed that it gains abilities e.g. from Slivers.
* Naya Hushblade - Fixed getting his boost now correctly also from controlled non creature multicolored permanents.
* Obsidian Fireheart - Fixed wrong mana costs to activate its ability.
* Odric, Master Tactician - Fixed that his attacking triggered ability last until end of game instead of correctly until end of combat.
* Progenitus - Fixed the not working protection ability.
* Psychic Strike - Fixed that second effect will be correctly applied also if targeted spell can't be countered.
* Rafiq of the Many - Fixed handling of attacks alone triggered ability.
* Scourge of Geier Reach - Fixed incomplete tooltip text.
* Sower of Temptation - Fixed control effect duration.
* Thraximundar - Fixed that the second ability to sacrifice a creature didn't trigger.
* Wirewood Lodge - Fixed that the land produces correctly colorless mana instead of green mana.
