Bug Reports 1.2.0 dev 20131026

If you have encountered any problems while using MAGE 1.2.0 dev 20131026, you can post them here.
Please mention who you were playing against: Human or the AI type.
Please describe how you got to that point. A screenshot of the battlefield at the moment something went wrong will be useful too. Otherwise, naming the cards that interacted will suffice.
If you get an error log please add that too.

FIXES DONE FOR THE NEXT VERSION SINCE 1.2.0 20131026
* Commander - Fixed that the player was not always asked to move the commander to the command zone if commander was exiled or went to graveyard.
* Commander - Fixed a NPE (hanging client and server) if change control effects are used during commander game.
* Theros gods - Fixed that a god was not removed from the combat if he stopped beeing a creature
* Chronicler of Heroes - Fixed a bug that wrongly was not only checked at resolving time, if a creature with a +1/+1 counter did exist.
* Disrupting Scepter - Fixed that it could only be activated as a Sorcery instead correctly only on your turn.
* Echo Mage - Fixed missing tap cost of activated ability.
* Flagstones of Trokair - Fixed that only basic Plains could be fetched instead of all cards with subtype Plains.
* Hypersonic Dragon - Fixed that Sorcery cards could be cast from every zone.
* Knight of the White Orchid - Fixed that only basic Plains could be fetched instead of all cards with subtype Plains.
* Leyline of Anticipation - Fixed that non Land cards could be cast from every zone.
* Master of Waves - Color of the created tokens was not set to blue (was colorless).
* Mistmeadow Witch - Fixed that the exiled creature wrongly came back tapped to battlefield.
* Plow Through Reito - Fixed bug that the boost effect did not work.
* Quick Sliver - Fixed that Sliver cards could be cast from every zone.
* Shimmer Myr - Fixed that Artifact cards could be cast from every zone.
* Shrewd Hatchling - Triggerd abilities trigger for spells of all colors instead correctly of only red and blue spells.
* Thornwind Faeries - Fixed missing activated ability.
