We set up a Server. Every time we submit, it takes more than 5min to feedback. Is anything wrong with the sever setting?

Submit means if you submit what exactly?
What works and what doesn't work? (Sealed, Constructed, Draft)
Which platform is the server?
Which version of Mage is installed?
Which java version is installed on the server?

we are playing sealed game ,submitting the deck
mage and java version should be the latest, use windowsserver2003 os
