I was playing some sealed and my friend had a "Forlorn Pseudamma" and he attacked and i was able to defend with my "Heliod's emissary", i shouldn't be able since Forlorn has intimidate.

I know someone who also plays mage and he is too stubborn to post on the forums but he can't get his card images to show up for born of gods and he has downloaded the zip file and followed the suggested instructions. What can be done?

He can edit the ..\mage-client\lib\mage-client-1.3.0.jar\image.url.properties file with a zip tool and change the line
from:
ignore.urls=TOK,EMBLEM,BNG
to
ignore.urls=TOK,EMBLEM

After that change, the images will be downloaded as normal, because gatherer or magiccard.info have added the images meanwhile.

That's a bug that happens sometimes (also with non flying creature can block flying creature).
Reason seems to be that the evasion ability (FlyingAbility or IntimidateAbility) is not identified correctly on the attacking creature.
I still not found the true reason for this bug.
