The P/T static abilities fix works only on creatures that are symmetric. These still don't work with Morgue Burst (and similar spells): Spellheart Chimera, Swarm of Rats, Soulsurge Elemental, Lhurgoyf (in-game representation is 0/0 with +X/+Y, where Y=X+1 -- not symmetric. Tarmogoyf works.) and maybe some others.

When i animate non-creature artifact with second ability of Tezzeret, Agent of Bolas (in my case artifact land, and Talisman), then its original ability dont work. (cant tappin for mana)

When I activate Springleaf Drum and click on Cancel in the color choosing dialog, the dialog pops up again indefinitely, so it is impossible to cancel the activation (e.g. when i dont want to tap a creature).

It would be great if Mana Confluence could be simplified when activating during casting of a spell - it would be nice if it could choose color automatically like other lands, when the choice is not ambiguous.
Also it would be nice if Hidden Strings just gave a choice to tap or untap a permanent, now it asks first if you want to tap and then if you want to untap. The card takes a lot of clicks as it is.

On the same sort of annoyances say I have 3 black and 3 red in my mana pool is there some way to not use the mana automatically so I can choose what is left. The actual position was I was casting Past in Flames and I wanted to have 2 black to cast all my rituals but it just automatically used the black and one red.

When I control some creatures (not many, 1 should do) and a TAPPED land is enchanted enough number of times (6 or more), it is untargetable -- it's out of range/not visible.

Similarly, many auras on a single creature can hide a land.

A.I. cast Force of Will and removed Thoughtseize from the game. There was no Painter's Servant in play.

A.I. targeted my True-Name Nemesis with its Punishing Fire which then fizzled. It should not be able to cast the spell without a target at all.

When I add Accumulated Knowledge to a deck the game fails to start with the error server error: Error loading card - Accumulated Knowledge for deck - null.

I guess you didn't update the server to Version 1.3.0.dev2014-05-10v2 (2014/05/18) where this card is included.
If you connect to the public server, the card database is updated automatically to the client. If you later connect to (the local) not updated server, the server does not support this card until the server is updated to the new version.
So I guess the card will be working on public server.
If you guess the problem is different, let me know.

Whenever the AI exiles a card that has to be a specific color it doesn't actually care what color it is. previously Force of Will but Ichorid has the same bug. Also Narcomeba comes into play at weird times not immediately after the graveyard effect. This might be the next upkeep for example but sometimes it works fine.
Fixed

The previous posts issue was solved as expected.

When you use the +2 Jace, the Mind Sculptor ability the opponent can not tell if you move the card from the top to the bottom which he can in real life.

Master Biomancer doesn't work with Progenitor Mimic. The copies produced by the latter ETB with zero +1/+1 counters on it.
Sage of Hours with 5 +1/+1 counters on it makes zero extra turns.

Hi,

I was thrown out of the last draft and got a java error displayed in a window. I was asked to report it and here is the entry from the log.

I'm not allowed to copy more because its too spamy for a new user.

It almost looks like I lost connection prior to the java error that was displayed on screen. That's interesting as my internet was working the whole time (had open firefox the whole time and connection).

I had to follow the instruction from the German MTG forum to delete .../Mage-Client/db/cards.db to be able to connect again.

Even with this problem I really like the software and I hope that more players will come soon.
