Collectible Card Game Headquarters

I have tried a thousand of things but i couldnt fix my problem. I use windows 8. I open mage but i cant connect public server, and the Error says : Unable to connect server. null.
Please someone help, im going mad .. -.-

Delete the following file .../Mage-Client/db/cards.db and try to connect again after.

If it does not work post the latest entries from .../Mage-Client/mageclient.log.
There should be reported some errors.
