Can´t connect to Server

since yesterday, I´m not able to connect to the public server. I also tried the 10. Version of the Mage - Client. Is the server online? If not, where can I search the error (or mistake? don´t know wich word is the right in this case).
Little Info:
I start the program as normal (startmagewin7.bat is the name I think) and everything opens as normal. I can connect to localhost, but when I click on find, the programm does nothing, even when i tipe in the ip and click on connect.
