I looked at the log and you used
Turn to Frog twice on the 1/1
Selfless Cathar enchanted with the
Divine Favor that boost it to 2/4.
If you now cast
Turn to Frog with target
Selfless Cathar, the creature stays at 2/4, because you make a 1/1 to a 1/1 that will be boost after by the enchantment.
Or did I oversee something?
I'm not sure now as I don't remember what happened exactly. I will keep my eye on this when I play the card again & will post another report if it is warranted.
